I’ve been treated with friendly and knowledgeable customer service - especially by Norma at both Washington Ave., Houston CubeSmart facilities. She provided hands-on support when I encountered a bay door that came off track and solved the problem quickly. Norma has also been very helpful in identifying additional storage options based on my evolving requirements. She represents CubeSmart with excellence and I would recommend her and the facilities she’s represented with confidence.

My experience was excellent. Elisa, the storage manager, was very helpful and professional throughout the process. She guided us on the best way to use the parking area for unloading our belongings, which made the move much easier and more efficient. I truly appreciate her assistance and outstanding customer service.
