My new home isn’t quite ready yet, so I needed to rent a storage unit for a couple of weeks. I reached out to CubeSmart, and Blanca provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire process. She made everything easy and was genuinely happy to help. Because of my experience with her, I would absolutely use CubeSmart again and highly recommend both Blanca and CubeSmart.

I reserved a unit online and received a call approximately one week before to confirm. During the call, I specifically asked if I needed to supply my own lock for the unit. I was told, "No, it's included with the rental." Imagine my frustration at being charged $19.99 for the lock the day I arrived to begin my storage. I live 3.5 hours away, so I had no choice to purchase the lock to secure my belongings. Very disappointing to receive bad information. Wouldn't have been as big of a deal, if I wasn't also charged an administrative fee that was almost as much as the rental itself. Reserved a storage unit for $40/month and ended up paying over $100 for the first month. False advertisement.

Even though it’s been a couple of weeks because of a lot of “LIFE-ING”…I still remember my great service at this location. My initial visit was with Jayden. He was kind, patient and respectful. Not all folks around his age know how to carry themselves at work…he’s got it down packed. Jocelyn was my second encounter in which she was the one got me all set up. It is my first time using CubeSmart so she made sure I walked out knowing how things work there. She took her time to explain, she gave me options, and she also was kind and patient with a great personality. Neither one of them made me feel like I was bothering them and for that I appreciate them both🤗
