I had such a great experience at CubeSmart thanks to Kia! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Moving can be overwhelming, but she made the entire process completely stress-free and easy. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Her positive attitude and exceptional customer service really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about making their customers feel comfortable and valued. Thank you, Kia, for making my moving experience such a smooth one! If you’re looking for storage and want outstanding customer service, I highly recommend asking for Kia. She is absolutely amazing!

The GM for this location is very professional and provides outstanding customer service. My experience with her, was by far the best I’ve encountered. The knowledge that she has for her facility is flawless. Outstanding work Kia!
