Very great place to rent a unit. Amazing prices. Marcos helped enroll me and explain to me all details I needed to know. I went to the location and Logan was a great help went thru the contract with me and went over and let me know the rules and what I needed for security measures. Thank you two you two are very amazing employees. I and my kids are having a smooth transition.

We recently rented a storage unit at this location while renovating. Yesterday, we tried to enter our unit at 5:30pm and our lock had been replaced. No one was in the office or would answer phone calls. This morning, after numerous attempts to get through to someone, front office staff finally answered. We were told that during a unit walk inspection there was no lock on our unit, hence why it had been replaced. After getting into our unit, we discovered some items were missing and someone had tried to go through our boxes. I understand that these things can happen, however management took no accountability or tried to rectify the situation. Very disappointed with how this situation was handled. This facility unfortunately also lacks security and anyone can walk around the garage bays at any time. The entrance gate is always up too. Go elsewhere if you value your personal belongings.

Johnathan is the best ever he’s stayed behind 2x just to help me get in my storage after it was almost auctioned off so I can put a new lock on it after I paid it in full ‼️🥹 Thank You I Really Appreciate It Really Means The World To Me Times Are Hard And The Last The I Want To Do Is Lose My Children And I Things 🥹 So Thank You Johnathan For Always Having empathy For Me And Being Very Understanding

Worst experience ever got a storage the day before i moved they told me i did not have to come in that i could just move in, i get there with uhaul to move my things in after hours and i cant find my storage why bcs my storage is nonexistent apparently spent a whole hour walking around hoping i could find my storage had to park my uhaul in the parking lot locked here it is the next day i still cannot get in contact with this here storage facility this is the worst experience ive ever had with any storage i have to pay for an extra day and find out how in the world or when in the world can i acess mt storage its 1003am juneteenth!! These stupid ppl are still saying its closed no one is here to help i need to be reimbursed for my funds that was unnecessarily spent. Someone needs to get in contact with me asap i want my money back forel everything theres no way anyone should have to go through this and then not be able to get in contact with the storage your stupid service number is steady saying yall are closed at 10 am knowing that yall are open at 930 im disgusted with this whole thing.

Had a great experience here first time walking in and manager/employee was very professional ,helpful, very kind ! Process was very fast thank you so much for answering my questions and giving answers! Recommend this place this place was also welcoming a/c was cool on good temperature. Prices are reasonable
