Absolutely disgusting and extremely unprofessional experience. When I opened my storage unit, I found rodent droppings all over the unit floor and on my belongings. There were pellets scattered throughout the space, which clearly shows this was not a small or recent issue. This is a serious health hazard and completely unacceptable for a facility that people trust to store their personal property. I paid to keep my belongings in a clean and secure environment, and instead they were exposed to a rodent infestation. No customer should have to deal with contaminated items because basic pest control and cleanliness were not maintained. If you are considering storing your belongings here, I strongly recommend thinking twice. A storage facility should provide a safe and sanitary space, and unfortunately that was not my experience.

My son works for a storage place and said this location is great. I went to get a quote for a future move, and I had to say that the customer service is amazing! Doug and Jade were very helpful and kind in helping figure out what I might need. When the time comes, I look forward to renting here!

Jade was amazing throughout the entire process of getting my storage unit. She was very helpful, kind, patient, and communicative every step of the way before I purchased the unit. She made everything smooth and easy to understand, and I really appreciated how attentive and professional she was. Great customer service overall — I’m very pleased with my experience!

I was highly impressed with the help I received from y'all's location . Great customer service is a must for me anywhere I go. And I got even more than that with your employees Jade and Doug. They went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. And to make sure that my move i process was smooth and fast. I am very impressed with the service I've received at y'all's location. I will definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family . And anyone else I may hear that might be needing a storage unit in the near future. And as long as I continue to get the good customer service I have gotten I will continue to use y'all. I wanna give a big thank u them. They were absolutely amazing help.

Easy Online Move-In process allows you to access your storage right after signing up... Very clean and up to date facility. I had no clue how to find my locker😬 but the map on-site was of assistance. I haven't had a need to meet anyone in person but from the looks of things it's a great place to rent from.
