This is hands down the best storage experience I have had. Quentin & Beatrice run the place flawlessly and are so friendly and accommodating. From viewing the space, to renting it and any other things that may come up in between, they really make a point to go above and beyond.

This extra space storage is the best I have ever experienced, their customer service is topnotch especially Quentin Tubbs , he is such an amazing and kind soul , making sure we get the best of the space we paid for . He is so helpful and always willing to help ; even if such services requested are not available at his location he is willing to refer other extra space storage facility that have such services. Just ask for Quentin anytime you needing a space and he will make your reservation effortless. Been at this location almost a year , I have enjoyed their services. Very large space and handicapped access parking and stairway .

I live out of state and contacted Extra Space Storage (San Jacinto St) to inquire about having furniture delivered to the storage unit. I spoke with Pam, who was the kindest person ever! She answered my questions and provided me with clear details. She even gave me the manager’s number, Quinton, to call for additional information. He was so professional and friendly. I absolutely love great customer service and they hit the mark! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
