Whatever you do, do not rent a storage unit from this location. I rented from this place for almost a year and a half due to moving out of state. When I returned this month to move out due to the ridiculous price increases I walked into my unit only to find water damage to most of my items. Upon further inspection the damage looked to be old enough to cause mold and BLACK MOLD to grow on my things. I was never once notified that there was damage to my unit and was gaslit by the property staff when they said they had no idea damage had occurred. There was a literal hole above my unit with tape covering it up, so clearly the property was aware. My dad is an insurance agent and stated that I needed to file a claim against the building but when I called, Erica was rude and unhelpful stating I waived all my rights to be able to file a claim because I did not select their renters insurance. I had my own so did not need to double up, which hindsight always good to read the fine print because this company clearly shady in how they operate. So if you see a reply regarding that I did not have their coverage I am calling it out that regardless of coverage or no coverage their negligence in notifying me of damage they actually were aware of ruined my items. I could have had family assist with going and moving my stuff out of the unit or at least make sure new boxes were used to replace wet ones and my items could have been dried off. Overall not worth it to come here regardless of how good the prices are in the beginning (they will attempt to double them an them double them again every six months)

I’ve rented a few units from this location over the years and I’ve always had a positive experience. The customer service is great and they’re friendly, especially Chanel and Erika.

I can’t even tell you how helpful Erica was. I booked the wrong location and she called because she noticed that it may not be correct rather than just letting it go through and be wrong and then maybe be stuck. She helped me secure a space at another location that was in my area and saved me a lot of trouble and hassle. I can’t tell you ask for her please. She was absolutely the best she deserves promotions customer service awards everything the best I’ll always ask for her.

Erica was great with assisting me with information on my move out! I’ve had a great experience storing my things here. If I ever need storage in the future I will use them again
