Christie was extremely nice and helpful. She was very knowledgeable. The facility was very clean large it looked very secure. The price was very good. I look forward to moving in my things to the storage and hopefully everything goes well. I had a great experience I would recommend it.

I’ve had amazing experience renting out storage units during my time when I was moving. I really want to give a huge shoutout to Kristy, she was the one that helped me out and she worked me when it cane to figuring out which unit would be best. 10/10 and I really want her to continue to help me. I’d recommend you guys get your units here and ask for Kristy!!!

This building is RIDDLED WITH MICE PEOPLE! I told them about seeing mice and droppings around MONTHS PRIOR to moving out, they said they would have an exterminator come through. I go back to get my stuff months later and it got distressingly worse. LITERALLY OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF FURNITURE CLOTHING AND PROPERTY, chewed through, covered in mouse droppings and urine, with no responsibility taken by the office whatsoever. And I really mean riddled, I saw a mouse on a completely different floor just run from one storage unit and into another. And worst yey the manager lady, Anastacia I believe, (who i was always nice to but is genuinely a nightmare of a human to deal with) dared to suggest it was my fault for having coffee in there (coffee grounds literally repel mice). Legal proceedings are soon to be underway. Check the videos, paid these people for over a year to store my belongings, and to have them returned to me like this is beyond the pale.

Christie at Extra Space Storage was extremely helpful and professional. She made the whole process easy and answered all my questions with patience. The facility was clean, organized, and I had a great experience with unit #1100. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this location to others.

I stopped by to get a quote about prices and was assisted by Kristy. She was a rockstar! I wasn't sure what size to get and she helped me work thru the size I would need. She also talked to me about getting insurance for my items especially with Houston weather. i am definitely going to keep her in mind as I keep looking for a unit!
