PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE COMING HERE!!!! I'm a military member who moved here almost a year ago and didn't have any issues until recently (March/2026). Someone broke into my lock and changed it into their lock so they'll have access to my stuff at any time; I had to pay a lock smith to unlock. Stealing more than 10,000 dollars worth of my electronics and military uniforms/momento. This place is such a disgrace to military or veteran members. WARNING: This place claims security 24/7 or security cameras work... WELL BIG NEWS they haven't worked in months to years due to a lighting strike and they're too lazy to work. I have evidence/recordings of the interaction between the workers and how incompetent they are since they will never help people here! They claim they're 24/7 but they aren't! They will make you wait when you need them! IF the prices here sound too good to be true?! It's because it is! They have done terrible service and fail to provide the safety of your items! (MAJOR SIDE NOTE: MANAGEMENT AND MOST STAFFING IS MANAGED FROM SINGAPORE ACCORDING TO WHAT IVE BEEN INFORMED SO THEY WON'T PHYSICALLY EVER HELP YOU) ANOTHER story to add, every Wednesday when I went I always saw people have issues such as changing locks without permission, how a gentleman had his stuff inside his unit damaged along how the management ignored him when they got damaged, and a lady who wasn't able to get in contact with them when help was needed about her stuff. FOR ANYONE READING THIS!!!RE-CONSIDER YOUR OPTIONS AND FINE OTHER LOCATIONS!!!

Thought about renting here. Glad I did not I don't care about her customers that they already have. They just lost a potential customer

Been with this storage facility for year and I never once had a problem with them. Great place to do business with.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Went to rent a unit right before 1 pm (close at 2). Asked the lady working the front desk for her unit availability and was told she wouldn’t rent me one because she was closing up and said I could come back Monday. No reasoning as to why she needed to close early. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Best rate in area, very straight forward no hidden fees like you run into with the corporate units. Manager was very polite. Don't expect an upscale condo, but it's not nasty or anything, and feels secure. Provided lock and key.
