Great service and Maria was very helpful and patient with the re tal she anevwry question I had
Before storing my belongings here, I had never rented out space anywhere before. So I was t sure what to expect. Well, I have to say Maria made the process seamless. She was quick and attentive and transparent on pricing (plus I got in on a special!). Facility was no frills what I needed, and the perfect size! (They have a few!) If I need to store anything else and I am in the area, I won't hesitate to return!
We were looking for a storage facility near our Masonic Lodge and Houston Mini Self Storage was just 7 blocks away from us. Maria, the facility manager, was very helpful. We told her what we needed and she matched our needs with exactly the right size unit. When we had questions, she had the answers. I would recommend Houston Self Storage to anyone. You will be happy!
Maria was amazing! She walked us through the process easily after being so frustrated and nearly SCAMMED by another nearby storage ! Come here immediately for fair prices, helpful employees and easy access.
I love this place I feel very safe it’s very secured and clean. The manager Maria is just the best she just goes and extra mile to help you in every way she can. I can’t find enough words to describe how happy I am that she works there she is the reason I store my belongings there.
