I had an outstanding experience at Morningstar Storage Eado! The manager, Kristie, is truly exceptional—she’s not only friendly and welcoming, but her level of customer service is unmatched. She took the time to listen to our needs, walked us through multiple options, and made sure we understood every detail before choosing a unit. When we needed to expand, she went above and beyond to help us secure the perfect space quickly and without any hassle. She’s patient, professional, and genuinely cares about making sure customers feel supported and taken care of. Her warmth, attention to detail, and proactive approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location—her customer service alone is worth five stars!

CUSTOMER BEWARE Probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Kristie, the manager, is incredibly disrespectful, violates company policy, and illegally breaks contracts. If she thinks that your stuff is valuable enough, she will literally steal it to sell it for profit. It happens like this: she will make up some nonsense reason to cancel your contract and say you have two days to get your stuff but when you show up in site she will have already taken away your electronic access so that you can't get in the building. She will lie to your face, saying that there's nothing wrong with your access code but refuse to help when the code says "access denied" on the keypad. Also, they keep their stairwell locked so you'd better hope there's never a fire.

Kristie, Kariz and the team at Morningstar Storage in Houston have been nothing but helpful and accommodating with our long distance move into their facility. With follow up emails that showed they understood our unique situation, we are so grateful for their attention to detail. We know we are in good hands! We would definitely recommend them.
