Ms. Kim was so polite and welcoming. I’ve toured two other storage facilities in the surrounding area and no other compares. Ms. Kim took the time to show me the unit and explained everything thoroughly. The interior and exterior of the building is clean and kept. I feel comfortable keeping my items here. Highly recommending to anyone considering. ****** UPDATE******** I was tenant here for 2 months and I made the foolish mistake of letting good customer service keep my guard down. On 07/28 I submitted a request to move out. I received a follow up call the following day to confirm. On 7/30 I arrived at my unit to discover my things have been rummaged through. The grave mistake ownership made was not putting things back exactly how they found it. I am a Navy veteran. Meticulous organization is one of my traits along with OCD. I’d never leave my things open. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. A lot of the contents I kept in this unit belonged to my sick father. I moved to Houston and didn’t have a lot of space in my new apartment. I trusted my things would be kept safe at this facility. I was wrong. DO NOT make the same mistake as me. Stay away from this storage facility.

Ms. Kim made my move-in experience smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I was comfortable with the storage unit and the move-in process. Her professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service truly stood out. I really appreciate all of her help and would highly recommend this storage facility because of the outstanding service she provided.

Kaitlin, Matt and Kim were very professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. I will definitely recommend this storage facility to friends and family. Kim was especially kind and empathetic about the issues at the building.

Thanks Ms. Kim for the great customer service. She went above and beyond with helping us get into our unit. You can tell she love to help people.If I could give more than 5stars i would 10/10 experience from walking in to finishing last load.
