I had an amazing experience with Melinda at Public Storage! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire rental process quick and stress-free. Customer service like hers is hard to find. She genuinely cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they have a great experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and I left feeling confident that my belongings would be safe. If you’re looking for storage, I highly recommend asking for Melinda. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and truly an asset to Public Storage. Thank you, Melinda, for your outstanding service!

⭐ Extremely disappointing experience at Public Storage on 4121 Greenbriar Dr. I was left waiting for over an hour with no real solution offered other than to continue waiting indefinitely or make an appointment to come back the next day. I made it clear that I was on a timeline and needed to get my belongings moved, but there seemed to be very little concern about the inconvenience or urgency of my situation. When you’re in the middle of moving, your time matters, and I did not feel valued as a customer here. I eventually left and went to Extra Space Storage, and I’m glad I did. The difference in customer service was immediate. Jenna at Extra Space Storage was incredibly accommodating, professional, and helpful. She made sure I was taken care of and turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Public Storage lost my business, and Extra Space Storage gained it. Paying for good service is well worth it when you’re actually treated like your time and business matter. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage and especially Jenna!

BEWARE!! My first, only, and hopefully last negative review I ever give. BEWARE — specifically ask to NOT deal with an employee named Brigette. My partner and I had two separate units at this location. We both properly vacated our units and have receipts proving our move-outs. Despite having full documentation, we were charged twice over the span of two months as if we never left. When we disputed the charges, Brigette threatened that if we didn't pay the balance, she would have it reported to our credit bureaus. We do not owe this money and we have proof. Threatening to report a false debt to damage someone's credit is a potential violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Texas Debt Collection Act (Texas Finance Code Chapter 392). Also worth noting — don't be fooled by the inflated positive reviews for this location. Brigette pressures every customer to leave a 5-star review before they walk out the door, which my partner fell for and I did not. Her own coworker sarcastically called her the "queen of reviews" and said that's "all she cares about." That tells you everything you need to know about where her priorities are — clearly not with actual customer service or handling billing correctly. If this ends up on our credit reports, we will be filing formal complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Texas Attorney General's office. Do not let this location bully you into paying something you don't owe. Zero stars.

Overall great place and customer service thus far. Miss Bridgette was so helpful when I went to inquire about the price of a unit there. She answered all my questions and ended up giving me a unit in a good location. I would definitely rent here in the future as so far so good. Very safe location and good price.
