Outstanding service. We were visiting our unit and the light wasn’t working. Without even asking, the attendant (Andrew) got a latter and came and replaced the string that was needed for it to work. It was so refreshing to have someone so helpful willing to help us.
I’ve had storage units at other facilities but this one, is one of the best. It’s clean, convenient, climate controlled and most of all the property manager is always helpful and available to assist with any situation. In my previous experience at other locations, it was extremely difficult to get someone to help at all. Here, I don’t have that issue! If you’re looking for a clean storage space with peace of mind, I highly recommend Public Storage at 3732A Westheimer Road TX Houston.
I’ve rented multiple storage units at this Public Storage location, and the experience has been excellent. Andrew, the onsite manager, is professional, knowledgeable, and always responsive. His customer service truly sets this location apart. Communication has been clear and proactive, which makes managing multiple units easy and stress-free. Any questions or requests are handled quickly, and Andrew consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, and it’s obvious this Public Storage is well managed. If you’re looking for a reliable storage facility with great customer service and strong communication, I highly recommend this one.
Had a great experience moving in. The app was easy to use to open the gate and the doors, and I had a few minor hiccups with the elevator and the lock, but there was someone cleaning on the first floor and they were easily able to help me. Staff were very friendly.
