Kevin at Public Storage was such a lifesaver. He went out of his way to help me at the last minute and saved my unit from going to auction by accepting my payment. I was extremely stressed, and his kindness, patience, and professionalism meant a lot to me. It’s rare to find someone so understanding and willing to help when you’re in a tough spot. I’m truly grateful for his support and excellent customer service.

The previous employee, Ashley, knew nothing. She was completely clueless about everything I asked. She just kept telling me I had to call someone named Bianca, saying she couldn't make any changes in the office and the only way was to call Bianca. After I called Bianca, she told me why I didn't ask someone in the office to make the changes; they could do it immediately there. Now I know Ashley is a new employee who doesn't know anything. He just gives you Bianca's phone number and tells you to contact him yourself. her attitude is terrible. I don't know why she works here. Maybe it's because there are no colleagues, only him in the office, so he doesn't have to deal with other employees. For other guests, she just gives them another phone number and tells them to contact Bianca. If you are a new tenant and you find "Ashley" greeting you, you really need to be careful. I've been using Public Storage's service since 2019 and have never encountered such terrible service.

First I want to say I didn't plan on using a storage but because of the hurricane we needed one badly. This place is near us and decided to get the space online. I was a little confused on everything but once I got to the storage a really amazing lady named Maria helped us out. She made the process easy and answered all my questions. The lobby was clean and well organized. They have a restroom incase you need one. The entire storage facility is clean and very well-maintained. Over all with the cleanliness & great customer service this is definitely the place you want to come to store your stuff. I will highly recommend this location to all my family and friends just because the customer service was so great. I really appreciate it so much..
