The nonprofit I work for has had a unit in this storage space for years, but we don't visit it often. When we did so recently, we realized there was an issue with our key. I spent ten minutes trying to troubleshoot before heading over to the office. I ended up speaking with Amanda, who was pleasant and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to help ensure I was able to get back into my unit, and walked me through several options for securing it once again. Amanda is terrific, and really represents what great customer service looks like.

I’ve had a unit here for a while. I just upgraded my unit to a larger size. From move in through this most recent upgrade situation, Amanda has been extremely helpful and easy to work with. She has excellent communication skills and made the whole process seamless. Hence, great customer service and clean, easy storage. Good stuff

I didn't end up renting here, but it was only because it ended up being an inconvenient drive to where I moved. I gotta say tho, I was impressed with the number of options available and Amanda- the girl in the office- surprised me. She was pleasant and very helpful to work with, giving me answers and choices. She even offered to let me choose which open unit I wanted, I stead of issuing one randomly. I've used a few storage places and many were either not staffed well or were just plain creepy. This place is clean and has nice wide access. It has the carts to help u move by each door and I felt my belongings would be safe.

Amanda has been beyond helpful with my husband's storage while he is away.. simple reminders mean more than words can express especially when you have 6 kids including a newborn.

I was thinking about getting a unit. But after my first visit I owned a unit. ❤️The space was soo clean and climate controlled. Amanda was so helpful, personable, and accommodating. Her energy sold me.
