The nonprofit I work for has had a unit in this storage space for years, but we don't visit it often. When we did so recently, we realized there was an issue with our key. I spent ten minutes trying to troubleshoot before heading over to the office. I ended up speaking with Amanda, who was pleasant and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to help ensure I was able to get back into my unit, and walked me through several options for securing it once again. Amanda is terrific, and really represents what great customer service looks like.

I’ve had a unit here for a while. I just upgraded my unit to a larger size. From move in through this most recent upgrade situation, Amanda has been extremely helpful and easy to work with. She has excellent communication skills and made the whole process seamless. Hence, great customer service and clean, easy storage. Good stuff

I was thinking about getting a unit. But after my first visit I owned a unit. ❤️The space was soo clean and climate controlled. Amanda was so helpful, personable, and accommodating. Her energy sold me.

Amanda is chef kiss! My contract was getting ready to expire and I was thinking of moving my things to a different company. But, after speaking to Amanda and getting help, I not only renewed the agreement but upgraded to a larger size at a reasonable price.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Amanda, the property manager, is incredibly friendly, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to help. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing storage!
