I just wanted to come here and thank the manger Saul. He was very professional and really took care of us and went above and beyond to help us after 2 other public storage places couldn't. I am so grateful and thankful that Saul made sure we were taken care of. He really did everything possible to get us a good Rate and I wanted to make sure he gets the credit he deserves. Thank you Saul for everything we really felt you cared and I wish there were more managers like you that really care for their customers. Dealing with you made me change my mind about storage from a negative to a positive thank you once again!

Just based on my experience with reserving our unit, I am incredibly pleased. Saul is the person who helped me get set up. He is extremely knowledgeable and provided me with tons of information about the facility, their safety/security measures, logistical info, etc. He was also incredibly pleasant, polite and friendly. I have had storage units in the past that have been broken into and that was a top concern for me but they seem to have an excellent security system in place and have put my concerns at ease. Very happy with the experience thus far!

We could not be happier with the service we have received from Saul, from the first moment we recently walked in the door to lease a unit, to moving in a week later. I have used several storage unit companies in the Houston area for past 20+ years, and none can even come close to this very satisfying experience. On top of that, we personally witnessed Saul quickly, appropriately, and very effectively handle a sudden and unexpected security issue, which speaks volumes to his care and concern for his tenants.
