Jessica was incredibly kind and helpful. She got me set up, helped me sign up for a storage unit, and walked me through reviewing the property. I truly appreciate all of her assistance and can’t thank her enough!! She’s awesome!

I can not recommend this space for storing your belongings whatsoever. I have been contacting them, the corporate, sent emails, filled out contact forms, called home office, called local office. The check in process was not easy. The gates were wide open so anyone can access your belongings. No clear directions on location of unit. They send you 4 emails telling you about your storage not 1 of them tell you where your unit is. When you get to your unit there is a lock on it, there is a 5th email they send you with some random “no reply” email with the directions how to use the lock. This will likely go to your junk or promotions email due to poor formatting issues. I got this far after I left the state. **** it has now been several days and I still have not been able to contact anyone local or in the corporate level. My payment hasn’t been refunded and I haven’t been moved out of my unit. No response from anyone. Called the office several times and left several message. Filled out the contact form several times as well still no response no refund no move out. Still no response or call back from the local Houston store space just got off the phone with the only person I can actually Contact and they cussed me out and refused to help or offer help
