The building AND the gates are locked at 10p on the dot, but they don't tell you that. I was locked in the gates for the entire night because they only have AI for service and managerial tasks. I was finally able to leave at 9am the NEXT DAY because it was business hours again. I wasn't able to contact anyone for emergency release, and not even emergency services were willing to come help. They comped me a month for the terrible situation. Don't store your things here if you can help it.
Just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Anna and the whole team! They've been absolutely amazing helping me get settled in – it's been a bit of a whirlwind for me, but Anna and the team have been incredibly supportive and on top of everything the entire time. Seriously, they've gone the extra mile! I'm so grateful for their help.
Great option for storage and super clean and easy sign up process and excellent customer service.
Great customer service. Baylee and T.J were very helpful and super nice. Online move-in is awesome especially if you don't have time to go to the location or if you don't feel like driving there. In all an super quick and easy process. Highly recommend.
This was a good experience. The cost efficiency was the highlight. Sparks was quick and helpful in checking me out upon move out. Will keep my other unit
