The Lady’s at the front Desk/Gianna were very helpful and informative with My rental… I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy walk through after I finalized Rental Agreement… The process was quick and professional… Need more customer service like this in Houston… I recommend this location to anyone looking for a Secure Professional and clean Rental Facility.!.
BREAK IN BEWARE!! Less than a month moved in! I have to update my review because my storage unit was one of nine-ish that were broke into on April 28, and I just got into the unit around April 10!! Not even a month into my stay and already broken into! Not a good sign at all and left an awful experience overall with this location. Jennifer and staff were helpful and quick to let me know of the issue, so it’s not them overall that’s the issue but beware of break ins at this location especially for new customers. Situation was generally handled well but cannot stay somewhere unit was broke into in a short period of being there…
Property manager Jennifer was very helpful. She made the process smooth and clear. Super friendly as well! Looking forward to keeping my belongings here.
Looking for storage space? This is the place to go! The ladies in the office are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions or needs. Pricing is very reasonable, and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this facility for anyone needing storage. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The associate Gianna was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. She explained everything in detail so that all policies were understood. Very good experience.
