This practice is a model of technical efficiency, clearly organized to accommodate busy professional patients. I scheduled my initial appointment and completed nearly all of the onboarding process from my iPhone. When I arrived, I only needed to add a small amount of supplemental information on an iPad. The staff and medical assistants were uniformly friendly, professional, and efficient. They did an excellent job preparing me for my examination with Dr. Applebaum. Dr. Applebaum herself was personable, efficient, and thorough. She performed a biopsy of one scalp mass, explained her findings and recommendations clearly, and arranged for surgical removal of the larger second mass. Throughout the visit, everyone showed genuine concern for my comfort. Before I left, the scheduling staff took the time to arrange surgery as quickly as possible. The entire experience was seamless, professional, and uniformly positive.

My first time here at Elite Dermatology and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Super convenient: book online, email confirmation with calendar invite, all forms filled out and signed online, and they took me right in 1 minute after check-in. The doctor and asst were both fabulous with warm personalities and great explanations. Expense was clear and check out was less than 5 min. I’ll definitely be back.

I’m officially 10 weeks post op from my extended tummy tuck and overall I’m very happy with my results and experience. My surgeon did an amazing job with my shape, contour, scar placement, and overall transformation. Recovery was definitely a journey, but throughout the process he and his staff stayed professional, attentive, and available whenever I had questions or concerns. What I appreciated most was the honesty and communication. My surgeon took the time to explain healing stages, swelling, skin elasticity, and realistic expectations instead of just telling me what I wanted to hear. I never felt rushed or ignored. My scar healed beautifully, my body shape changed tremendously, and I genuinely appreciate the care I received throughout my surgery journey. First visit and I had a great experience all around. The people are very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Applebaum was thorough with her examination and excellent in her communication regarding treatment of my issues. (Most importantly, they do not waste your time. I greatly appreciate a doctor's office that runs on time.)
