Dr. Mintz is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to address all of my concerns. While I was not particularly impressed with the nursing support during my first visit, the experience improved significantly during subsequent appointments. The staff is professional and well organized. Overall I had a positive experience with this dermatology practice.
I have always been pleased with Dr. Shah. She is very professional and at the same time asks how I'm doing and shares a little time. Her treatments always make me feel well taken care of.
Dr. Shah examined the ancient burn scar under my right eye. She recommended that I allow her to remove some spots of dry, black tissue. I did so and it was a very easy procedure—no bleeding, no discomfort. Next she applied a simple bandaid. Now it is the next morning. I have been exercising, so I have not yet removed the bandaid. Her instructions were to remove the bandaid the next morning and apply a thin coating of Vaseline. I will do so in a few minutes after taking a shower. Dr. Zoghbi is amazing! She’s so sweet and listens to all your concerns/issues! We definitely don’t mind driving the almost 2hrs just to be seen by her. All the staff there are amazing too!
I can’t recommend Dr. Duffy highly enough — truly the best dermatologists I’ve ever seen. Dr. Duffy is outstanding — knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring. She listened patiently to all my concerns without rushing, explained everything clearly If you’re looking for excellent care with a compassionate touch, go see her! Her whole team is great.
