I have had many office visits with Dr. Connie Nguyen. I really liked her at first. She makes you wait a long time in her waiting room but she was always pleasant and friendly. I went to her for hair loss exosome treatments, as well as other skin issues. I spend thousands of dollars on the hair loss treatments. After completing the treatments, Dr. Nguyen showed me before and after photos of my scalp and insisted that the treatments were working extremely well. I could not tell which pictures were the “before” pictures and which were the “after” pictures because I saw no improvement. The treatments did not work and were a total waste of money. I do not blame her for the treatments not working, as there are no guarantees in medicine. But I would rather that she had been honest about it and just apologized that the treatments did not work. In any case, I was going to return to her for under the eye laser treatments which were also very expensive. BUT, in the meantime, one of her office assistants called me one day and said I still owed them 12 dollars and some odd cents and that if I didn’t pay right then that I would be turned over to a collection agency and to the credit bureau. I could not believe her staff was being so awful to me after I had spent thousands and thousands of dollars with Dr. Nguyen and paid all bills at the time of service. I told the office assistant that they were treating me bad and that I didn’t appreciate it. But I went ahead and paid over the phone and never returned to see Dr. Nguyen. Dr. Nguyen responded by sending me a certified letter telling me I was fired from being her client. I cannot believe how small and petty she is, especially when I spent so much money with her. I have seen other dermatologists since my visits with Dr. Nguyen and they have all told me that her under the eye laser treatments were ineffective and that I should not waste my money. Shame on you Dr. Nguyen, I’m so disappointed with you. In the future, please remember, honesty is always the best policy.

I have been a patient of Dr Nguyen for 17 years. She is by far the best dermatologist in Houston. She takes her time and is never rushed. She provides detailed, understandable explanations for her diagnoses and treatment plans. She has taken care of my children’s skin care needs from elementary school and continuing into adulthood. She is kind and easy to talk to. Her office is organized and well run. Her staff is great. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and Premier Derm Center.

I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen for many years, and she is by far the best dermatologist I’ve been to in Houston, and I’ve seen quite a few. She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly cares about her patients. I have keloids, and she has done an amazing job helping me manage and minimize their recurrence. She has a wonderful personality, she’s warm, attentive, and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. If I ever need a last-minute appointment, her team always do their best to fit me in. If you’re looking for a top-tier dermatologist in Houston, I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen. She’s truly the best!

Dr. N is very kind and reassuring. I love conversing with her. She really knows her stuff too. She has made such a difference in my rosacea. I look at old pictures and I am amazed at how much better my skin looks now. Staff is also very professional. I highly recommend her. I drive all the way from Clear Lake City to see her.
