Even after joining with a membership they want to then pressure you into leaving a tip. If I’m paying monthly then why do I need to spend any additional money? It’s already $175 a month at that. I just had a service done and as I’m walking out the door I’m being yelled at to leave a gratuity. It’s extremely rude and egregious. There needs to be a better policy. If we want to leave a tip fine, but they should not be yelling to their customers aloud in front of everyone.
My first experience here was great! The entire process from start to finish was smooth, easy, and quick! Samantha was very knowledgeable about the services and what was needed for my skin. Jayla managing the front desk (the manager) was extremely helpful, sweet, and explained everything in detail! Can’t wait to continue receiving services here! Thanks ladies!
I will take my business to a place that actually appreciates it. Paid for a package 3 weeks before my scheduled appointment upon a recommendation from the receptionist. Showed up 5 minutes before my appointment to be told I had to do a consultation because my skin was and "... darker toned. I wad appalled. I have a real ESTHETICS TECHNICIAN who performed more abrasive procedures. I should have been made aware of this before I paid $500 for a package. My appointment was at 1 15 they allowed people whose appointments that were after me go before me. This location gives a vibe of......... I will be going elsewhere and if you really care about service you will spend your money were your appreciated @
Your beautiful front desk ladies were very warm and welcoming. Your technician was very sweet. My questions were answered and I’m a first time. Facial laser girl, but with the warmth and he answered questions I was very at ease and enjoyed my session and noticed a difference immediately blessings to all of you and thank you for making me feel so warm and comfortable your patient vanity Candy 🍭
Totally amazing results!! Had my second signature laser treatment followed with a chemical peel.. Yes it was itchy but it was gone in a few minutes. I saw a HUGE difference immediately Love it 😍
