Installed the system (panel + battery) on 3/26/2024, it stopped working on 7/20/2024. After 2 weeks of wait, still no fix from Axia/QCell customer service. So right now I'm paying the loan to QCell/EnFin with a non-working solar system. I sent email, no response, I made phone call, nobody even answer the phone. I didn't expect this kind of service from such a big company at all. I just referred Axia to several of my friends not long ago, now I had to tell them to hold on or find a better company. Update: after 1 month, finally able to schedule a technician visit on 8/23. The result, no hardware issue, just software/firmware glitch. it's back to working state after manufactory remote reset/clear. Man, this should have been done remotely long time ago. So overall, good product, but need to improve customer service responsiveness.
I recommend Axia by Qcells. They offer a great solar experience and tremendous value!
