The installation from Tesla Solar moved along in a very organized way from the first meeting through activation. We wanted a hybrid solar system with battery storage because power interruptions happen often in our neighborhood, and their staff helped us understand the right battery capacity without overselling anything. The technicians completed the roof penetration sealing carefully and showed photos of the work afterward which gave us confidence in the installation quality. I also liked that they reviewed the monitoring software before leaving so we understood how to track production and consumption. Every person we spoke with remained polite and responsive even when permits took slightly longer than expected. Since the system went online the panels have produced reliable output and the battery transition during outages has been smooth. The project felt professionally coordinated from start to finish and the workmanship looked clean and durable.

these guys installed a residential solar array on our detached garage and the process was easier then i expected. they walked us through panel orientation, inverter placement, and permit paperwork in a way that was simple to follow. during the install they cleaned up materials every afternoon and kept the driveway usable for our family. i also liked that they explained how net metering credits would appear on our utility statement because that part confused me before. the technicians answered all our questions even the repeted ones and they never acted rushed. after activation the monitoring app started showing production right away and the system has been operating consistantly since then. the crew worked hard, communicated clearly, and finished the project close to the original timeline they gave us.

We had a small commercial solar array added to our workshop, and the team managed the project with precision. They coordinated smoothly with our local inspector and utility, which kept delays to a minimum. The wiring and conduit runs were neatly done, and everything looks very professional. I liked that they stayed within the budget originally quoted. The system has been performing steadily since day one, and we’ve already seen a meaningful reduction in energy costs at the shop. I would call this a very well-managed project.

Tesla Solar really impressed me with their level of professionalism and the way they kept me updated at every stage. The installation crew was on time and worked steadily until the job was complete. I appreciated that they double-checked all connections and took me through the activation step by step. Their office also followed up after a few weeks to ensure I was satisfied, which shows they care about customers beyond the sale. My panels are performing very well, and it feels good knowing I made the right choice.

Tesla solar products are the absolute worst. If you are considering their products, DON'T DO IT! We had solar installed on an asphalt shingle roof. During the first rainstorm afterwards, we discovered a lot of leaking water in our attached garage. Tesla refused responsibility, even when presented with multiple forms of documentation from the roofers who performed repairs. So that was an additional $13K lost due to Tesla's negligence. We are currently experiencing issues with our solar system, and Tesla is again refusing to assist for two reasons: we had the system reinstalled properly by another company (why would we ever trust them to reinstall properly?) and we would not allow their workers to put anchors through our shingle roof (because that likely caused the leaking originally!!!). So now we are out on warranty support for the products we purchased as well. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Tesla solar products. At some point you will regret your decision.
