BABE…where do I even start?! 😩😍 I’ve been coming here for a while now, and I have NEVER been disappointed. This is, HANDS DOWN, the BEST soul food you can find in Houston!! ❤️🔥 The owners are always so friendly, welcoming, and treat you like family. And the food?! Baby…it tastes like somebody’s grandma got up early that morning and cooked it with LOVE. 🥹🤤 They’ve now opened up a food stop inside a convenience store, and let me tell you…don’t let the location fool you! This hidden gem is serving up some of the BEST food you’ll ever eat. I PROMISE you won’t be disappointed. I always enjoyed going to their food truck!! Now let’s get into this food… 😭😂 That mac and cheese is so creamy and cheesy it be GUSHING…like Cardi B said in that one song. 😩🤣 And the CATFISH?! Listen…that’s REAL catfish! Not that mystery fish trying to pass for catfish! 😂🐟 The birria tacos and street tacos are packed with flavor and taste like HOME. The wings are perfectly seasoned, the pork chops are juicy, thick, and everything you need in this big back life. 🤣 The shrimp is cooked to perfection, and every single thing on that menu is seasoned with love. Even the greens will warm your soul. Baby…there is NOTHING on this menu that misses. 💯 Now let me tell y’all about Della’s Spiced Tea… OMG!!!! 😭😭😭 I have NEVER had a spiced tea this good in my LIFE. You can drink it hot OR cold, and before you know it, the whole cup is GONE. Their recommendation is to order it by the gallon ahead of time, and trust me…DO IT!! Or just order a few regular bottles when you get there!! It is hands down the BEST spiced tea I’ve ever tasted. 🫖❤️ AND BABYYYYY…let’s talk about that FRIED PEACH COBBLER EGG ROLL!! 😩🍑 The way it’s stuffed, fried to crispy perfection, and filled with that warm peach cobbler goodness DOES NOT make no sense in this BIG BACK LIFE!! 🤣🤣😭😭 If you’re getting one…go ahead and get TWO because they’re BIG, and you are NOT going to want to share! Needless to say, I’ll be eating here for the rest of my life. 😂❤️ Great food, amazing people, generous portions, and prices that won’t break the bank. This was my 1st time there. The Hospitality was Great. The young lady Heaven very Courteous, Professional, and most of all had a sense (mild sauce) of Humor. Food was Great!!!!!! (Me and My Son enjoyed it) I will definitely recommend this Spot to my family and friends. 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

Food is fire, really fresh, the owner is very nice! And really close to med center, def coming back. It’s located inside the “Best Minimarket” store. Get the peach cobbler egg roll!
