As a first timer, it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was cute, cool, and calm. But the food BAYYYYYBEEEE…. Made with luv 😍 We had the oxtails and the smothered pork chops and both hit the spot. Very flavorful and seasoned perfectly. Defiantly going back.
I visited this gem today. Cole was very sweet and patient because I wasn’t sure what I wanted. I ended up getting the catfish and shrimp. She offered me a drink on the house while I waited. The restaurant gave nostalgic vibes like back in the day when we went to grandmas house and I loved it. Food was good and hot, definitely a must see 😍
Excellent Southern Cuisine Soul Food Joint...ask for Keisha and theybwill deliver as I ordered the Meatloaf w/2 Sides Sweet Potatoes/Collard Greens both to perfection and the Meatloaf great flavor..also the Chicken Wings excellent crunch and the Catfish Filets w/2 sides great flavor profiles...has Dine-In searing with Music Histoey everywhere old Vinyl Records R&B...a full-bar and crazy deserts from Peach cobbler (great flavor profile w/dash of cinnamon), Red Velvet Cake, Lemon 🍋 Pound Cake and Sweet Potato Pie 🥧...she does it all everything made to order and deserts homemade. 5 🍴 🍴 🍴 🍴 🍴 out 5
We came 10 deep for my Mother's birthday. The service and the food was timely and oon point! Everyone was satisfied not one complaint!The staff was very personable and attentive, for a smaller establishment they handled us better than some bigger places! The old school RnB vibe and I can't forget the complimentary bar!! Great place, great vibe and food! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Eating here for the first time. Enjoyed everything we had. The collard greens were some of the tastiest. Fried catfish was moist and delicious. Pretty much all the sides we had were yummy and seasoned well. Service was with a smile and efficient. Even had dessert, butter cream cake, yummy 😋. This place is cute, just clean and comfortable. Dine-in or take out. Bonus, nice chill music in the background.
