Just got a lash lift and tint today, the building was very indistinct and easy to miss, but luckily my maps had it pinged, the elevator in the building was a bit old and scary lol but the lighting and other vibes were good. The technician was very communitive, and let me know how everything was going along the whole process, the face mask was so relaxing 😌 I love how my lashes look! I can't wait to see how they hold up, I was also informed of discounts they offer on certain days, will definitely mark my calendar 📆

Greeted upon entry, reception area smelled nice and was very clean and organized. I was immediately checked in, waited maybe like a minute before we were shown the massage room(couples massage). The therapist asked what type of massage we wanted to receive and where we should they focus the most on. Our massage included hot stones and hot towels. The therapists were great!!!!! They took their time, paid attention to the troubled areas, and really got in there(caught myself snoring a few times). We purchased a 90 minute massage which moved very quickly but it was so relaxing and peaceful!!!!!! I would defintely visit again and I look foward to my next couples massage. Hunnie enjoyed it as well, we were both ready for a nap afterwards!!!!!

I had a back injury some time ago and have been ignoring it until the pain got really bad. I decided to take a day off work to come on a Saturday and drove 30 minutes from my home to this spa. I chose them because the pricing was great on Groupon and the reviews were good. I saw a deal on a couples massage and decided to book the night before. I could call because they were closed but I used their third party booking service to schedule a time and confirmed everything. As I’m driving 5 minutes before my appointment the office sent me a text saying they cancelled my appointment. I then called them to ask why. The gentleman at the desk said we booked through their third party app and that they don’t accept Groupon through there so I didn’t have an appointment. He said “sorry about that we can book you in next week that’s the next time we have available”. At this point I’m already in the parking lot with this pain from driving 30minutes for them to say my appointment was cancelled and there was nothing I could do. How was I supposed to know that they didn’t accept appointments made with Groupon through their booking app? I couldn’t call when I paid because it was past 8pm. I just find it so disrespectful that I went out of my way to drive across town to receive a service and was cancelled 5 minutes before. I went to Groupon and refunded my voucher. I felt so helpless with my pain and not being able to be helped and the staff really didn’t seem to care so I didn’t even bother to try and reschedule I just left. If you’re going to come here I recommend reaching out to them and confirming your booking in person because apparently they don’t accept appointment through their appointment app. I’m so upset about this entire situation and no one ever followed up to call after it was cancelled so they really didn’t care about my experience.

I received a massage from Yudis and it was incredible! My body has been so tense but as soon as I stood up, I felt totally relief. She took great care of me, from head to toe. The atmosphere is peaceful and Yudis energy was healing. I will be back!
