My wife and I had an incredible experience at Fiori Spa today! From start to finish, the entire atmosphere was purely relaxing. I had an exceptional massage session with Ricardo—he was extremely skilled, attentive, and really helped release all the tension I was holding. After our treatment, we grabbed a pizza from their bar menu, which was surprisingly delicious and the perfect post-massage bite. We wrapped up our visit by floating and unwinding by the pool. It was the ideal relaxing getaway for the two of us. We'll definitely be back!

Took my daughter here for her birthday and we were looking forward to massages and facials after a long day of shopping. I booked the De Lusso massage and my daughter s custom massage. During the reservation process, I was very clear that my daughter needed a female masseuse, and I was open to either or… Needless to say she got a male masseuse, and I had the same It felt like he was racing through a speed race he patted and did not Massage. I had to ask him not to use the bamboo sticks because it was very uncomfortable. He was not using oil which you typically use with bamboo sticks instead he was using lotion and rolling them on me instead of using the ends to stretch the muscles out as is the standard procedure using bamboo sticks. There was a language barrier so I couldn’t even explain to him when I needed him to no longer use the bamboo sticks because they were uncomfortable. He spent at the most 10 minutes on my back never did anything to my neck. He spent more time washing my feet and hands and legs. Then he did massaging me. It was the most uncomfortable experience I have ever had. When my daughter was done with her all she could do was laugh because she couldn’t explain in words what the experience was for her and how bad it was because it was her birthday I didn’t want to Needless to say, we will never return to this spa. I would have given it a one star, but the facial was really good as we were getting ready to leave. The young lady work in the desk. Ask if I wanted to leave gratuity and I said not for the Massage she said neither of you cared for your Massage. We both said no, and there was no other discussion had around it. If this is the norm be aware is not what you would expect coming back from a day spa. I cannot explain how disappointed I actually was and still feel $780 behind two massages and two facials of which the massages was the bulk of the cost and awful. Just an absolute awful experience. We’re both very savvy about our massages. We’ve been doing this for years and I just felt embarrassed that this is why I took her for her 40th birthday because you can’t get that back.

This spa is absolutely stunning, transporting you straight to Italy. The building is gorgeous, and the entryway is beautifully crafted with stone. Just past the entrance on the left, you’ll find a serene pool surrounded by a lovely garden—perfect for soaking up some sun. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the massage therapists are outstanding! We enjoyed a relaxing massage, a delicious meal, and some pool time. I highly recommend the tomato basil soup with a sandwich; it was delightful. They even offer champagne service for a touch of luxury. Whether you’re with friends or a partner, this is a fantastic place for a rejuvenating day, and the prices are very reasonable!

Fiori Spa is absolutely stunning. The grounds are serene and beautifully designed, and the facility itself has so much potential to be a true luxury escape. Unfortunately, the service didn’t quite match up to the setting or the prices. My massage service was meh. Nothing special or memorable at all. We also weren’t offered any drinks or snacks. Most spas of this caliber offer a welcome drink, or even a glass of champagne and light refreshments like a charcuterie board in their relaxation areas. Here, there was just water and some tea packets. It didn’t feel very curated or indulgent. The facility itself is huge, but surprisingly empty. While the privacy is nice, it also felt oddly understaffed—only 2 or 3 people seemed to be working the entire place. It seems this spa may have been under different ownership or management in the past, which could explain the glowing older reviews. I’d recommend checking the most recent ones for a more accurate picture. All that said, the place has so much potential. If management invests in better service training and overall hospitality, it could easily become a top-tier experience. I’ll be keeping an eye on future reviews, and I’d definitely be willing to return if things improve.

My friends and I booked last min massages at Fiori Spa. We were very happy to be accommodated so quickly. The spa experience was really nice. We were greeted by Jennifer and given a quick tour of the amenities. Jennifer was very nice and answered all of our questions. We enjoyed a meal at the onsite restaurant, Ivy. The food was good and most of all we enjoyed the service and the convenience! Veronica did a great job with my massage. I would highly recommend!
