I came in for the zero gravity pedicure. The staff was very kind and welcoming, and the spa itself is beautiful. I truly love the concept. Unfortunately, the actual pedicure did not meet expectations. The gel polish application was not done well - it ran into my cuticles and pooled on my pinky toe. It’s a little lumpy. Because gel hardens and doesn’t come off easily, the imperfections are very noticeable and don’t look good. I didn’t care for the shaping either. I also wasn’t convinced that the mostly dry technique achieved the same level of smoothness as a traditional pedicure. The skin around my ankles and lower legs wasn’t smooth or very exfoliated. Including tip, I paid $155. In my opinion, it wasn’t worth it.

I had my very first facial with Monica F. at Hiatus Spa, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless—they even knew I was about five minutes away and had everything ready when I arrived, which made me feel so welcomed. Monica was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. She took the time to walk me through every step of the facial, explaining what she was doing and why, which made me feel completely comfortable. The facial itself was amazing, and the facial and neck lymphatic massage was absolutely fabulous—so relaxing and one of the best I've experienced. If you're considering booking a facial at Hiatus, I highly recommend Monica F. She provides outstanding care and truly delivers a five-star experience. I'll definitely be back!

Cherricka gave me an absolutely amazing massage experience from start to finish. She truly took the time to care for me, listen to what my body needed, and make sure I was comfortable the entire session. Her attention to detail, calming presence, and genuine compassion made such a difference. You can tell she’s passionate about helping people feel better, and her skill level is incredible. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and completely renewed. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and provides top-tier service, Cherricka is the one. Highly recommend! Johanna & Maria are also very kind and friendly!

I've come here off and on for a few years. I just recently started coming back and the service has remained consistent. I've had great experiences with everyone there. Just had a facial (Glass Glow) with Maria for the first time and it was an amazing experience. My skin feels like new. I would highly recommend 🩷✨

Absolutely wonderful massage. Facility was clean and service staff was friendly. The “relaxation” room is basic and closer to just a regular waiting room, but that massage made it worth it! I was surprised not all Hiatus Day Spa’s offer the same services, so check online for any new/different options!
