Sunday June 28 was an amazing day! I was blessed to be gifted a massage at the Trellis Spa. I enjoyed everything about the spa. It is beautifully designed and landscaped, with the nicest service oriented people working there. I spent 50 minutes with Shayla for their signature massage. She was so nice and personable and immediately put me at ease and made me so unbelievably comfortable. She focused on my upper back, neck, and shoulders primarily, always applying the most fragrance lavender oil. She used the right amount of pressure to help my muscles and, to my surprise, I woke up pain free this morning, and had much better range of motion. The entire experience was such a treat, and I highly recommend this spa and Shayla. It was the perfect day to relax after the massage in the pool and hot tub. One more thing, lunch was delightful, too!

Overall: 4.3 (above average spa that stands out because of its amenities and price point, but could improve on cleanliness and provided toiletries) Cleanliness: 3.7 (there was a worn band-aid in the women’s hot tub) Service: 5/5 (staff were attentive and helpful at all times, other reviews are harsh, but I was treated kindly throughout. as for spa etiquette, it’s always good to tip your locker room attendant) Massage: 4/5 (my masseuse could use more training but was decent, not the worst but definitely not the best) Amenities: 4.7/5 (the pools, gender segregated hot tub and sauna which is Muslim hijabi friendly, locker rooms, free coffee/tea/cookies/nuts, ample water stations and towels, incredible soft robes and sandals provided were on point. The indoor and outdoor spaces were immaculate with beautiful trees to sit by or a warm fire place in a dim room to relax next to with your tea. I went on a Tuesday afternoon 3pm-close and only 1-2 others were sharing space with me at any given time. For the price point they should have better locker room amenities such as individually wrapped hair products, facial and body care, hair dryers, etc.) but overall it was fine.

Best massage I’ve ever had in my entire life!!! Michelle was incredible. I have booked her monthly for the rest of the year, that’s how good she was. Kurstyn for my facial was also 10/10, she is the best of the best. My face has never glowed so much! I love this spa. So relaxing and very professional and kind staff.

No, I haven’t. I finally got a two day break from the five kiddos so we decided to do a spa day here.. It was excellent service by all the staff involved. De Vonte and Antoine both gave an incredible deep tissue couples massage. and Shelley did an incredible job on the facial treatment and massage. The steam room and Jacuzzi in the locker room is awesome and probably one of the best places if you just wanna get away for 6 or 7 hours and decompress from life. This place is awesome.

I met a therapist who was exceptionally skilled, attentive, and genuinely cared about her guests. Her kindness and professionalism deeply touched me. Having employees like her is a true blessing for this company. She is not just an excellent therapist—she is one of your greatest assets.
