This is a very elegant spa. From the time you walk in your greeted by smiling faces and courteous staff. I was offerred some hibiscus tea and a cool damp towel to prepare for the service. I was then taken the spa suite by a therapist who thoroughly explained the process. It was my first time trying the Hammom treatment. The full experience is was amazing from begining to end. Then afterwards you can relax in their lounge suite with complimentary snacks and several choices of hot tea. I will definitely come back and im only left wondering why I am just learning of this service!

Absolutely an amazing experience. It smelled beautiful upon arrive, staff was pleasant and very attentive. The service and rooms were great. Definitely wish there was a location closer

Good service requires common sense, flexibility, and communicating with your customers with an open mind and a willingness to listen not treating the appointment like a script. Every point was answered with the same phrase: “We have a protocol.” First, I asked to use my own exfoliating glove, which I always bring to Moroccan baths, but the therapist refused and said they only use theirs because of their “protocol.” Okay. After applying the soap to the front of my body, she asked me to lie on my stomach so she could soap my back. There was a towel underneath me, so naturally the soap was being absorbed into the towel when the soap should stay on the body during the entire steaming process. I pointed that out and suggested either removing the towel or having me sit up, as that’s how this treatment is normally done. She replied, “We have our own twist and our own protocol.” Fine, I lay down. When it was time for the exfoliation, I asked to start with my back because that was the main reason I booked the treatment as it’s the only area I can’t properly scrub by myself. She basically refused again and said, “It’s our protocol to start with the front.” When I asked how starting with my back would affect the treatment, she couldn’t explain and just kept repeating, “Protocol.” Then she recommend another therapist to continue because she had to follow what she had been taught and their protocol. The manager came, and that turned into almost 30 minutes of waiting and discussion while I was wet and the steam room had already cooled down. A second therapist finally came and continued the treatment, because of the time had been wasted I had to leave before receiving the hair wash service I had added to my appointment. I had a nanny taking care of my daughter, and she could not stay longer. Moreover, as for the exfoliation itself, if you’ve experienced a proper moroccan bath before, you’ll immediately notice the huge difference. And this isn’t coming from someone who was simply upset about how the appointment started. I genuinely hoped at this point the exfoliation would make up for everything that had happened but unfortunately, it only added to the disappointment. Then at checkout, instead of apologizing for the delay they caused, they tried to charge me the full amount including the hair wash I never received because of the time their therapist wasted not because I did not want to. The spa itself is clean and beautifully decorated great for filling your social media with posts but if you’re looking for a proper exfoliating treatment, this is not the place by any means. By the way, they don’t even soak the exfoliating glove in hot water before starting. Consider this a free tip from me: soaking the glove in hot water while applying the soap and steaming the body softens it and makes the exfoliation much more effective. I even mentioned this to the therapist, but she didn’t appreciate the suggestion. There’s nothing wrong with accepting a friendly suggestion, we can all learn from one another. And I’m fully aware that exfoliating gloves come in different types. Yours is one of the rougher thicker ones, which makes soaking it beforehand even more important. Protocols are important when they affect safety or the final result. For example, if I’m having a facial and I ask to apply the mask before performing the extractions, the answer should absolutely be no because that would affect the outcome. That’s where common sense and customer service should come before blindly following a script.

I had such a lovely experience here! Everyone was so kind and professional- I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. I came in for a Hammam treatment and it was soo niceeeeee, I left feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated with the softest skin! I had Iris doing the service and I highly recommend, will definitely be coming back again soon! The mint tea and light bites at the end was also such a nice touch

I am so happy I did a deep dive to find a therapeutic space like Oasis because it truly was a game changer. It was a Friday night and I was on Google looking for a nice spa and came across Oasis. I called around 7:30pm, mind you they close at 8pm, and the young lady was so patient with me and walked me through their options with me. I thought that was very kind because most places wouldn’t even answer the phone right before they close. I called back at 7:50pm and made a reservation for 2, for the next day, for a massage and papaya scrub ($160/pp). The young lady sent me the forms to complete via email and also followed up via text the next day to confirm our appointment. I got there on time but my friend was late (they were kind enough to accommodate her) and had everything set up. The experience was so unique and amazing. The facility was clean, there was parking out front and the staff was great. The owner Saba even pulled me to side and asked how the experience was. Can’t wait to come back. P.S: They do charge a $20 deposit and if you’re paying with your credit card, they check your ID to confirm, which is smart because of fraud.
