Latoya was great! Loved the conversation and the massage was AMAZING! This was my first time at a Spa like this and she was VERY patient with me. If I ever come back to Houston and need a massage I would gladly request her!

Upon arrival the greeting from a gentleman & mgr Rachel welcoming, hence my anticipation of my meeting my masseuse and relaxing in the quiet space. To my disappointment, upon being called by the masseuse as though I was next in line at the bank I still kept an open mind. However, to my dismay things got worse, the masseuse did not introduce herself to to me- I had to ask her name (so no professional welcoming as I am accustomed to when obtaining services of an intimate nature). The services I’d chosen were not correct as we adjusted what I wanted FiFi commented on “I don’t know why they do that” as in complaining to me about colleagues. The relaxing music kept going on and off- after 10 minutes I shared my concern that it was annoying and preventing me from relaxing- reply “it does that” and then offers to turn it off. Luckily, I had my cell and was able to play my own zen music. Not once did FiFi inquire about how I was feeling about the massage..to firm, not firm enough, or just right. At this point I was beyond frustrated and even more tense. Upon completion, she did try to upsale me infrared treatment- I passed. Leaving she stood back on the wall and let another masseuse escort me out to the relaxation room. I inquired about the music at front desk, mgr was busy the gentleman was supposed to tell her -24hrs later no contact. So I called and spoke with Rachel and gave her a summary of my visit. She apologized acknowledged the music was not working properly, but defended services of FiFi (Edna) as in she had 35 yrs of experience. I asked so was she being substandard with me by choice or just had an off day. The changing room was subpar waste baskets full, toilet not flushing and witnessing staff take champagne glasses away but leaving used Kleenex and tissue on changing areas.This Marriott spa is well below standards in comparison to my previous experiences at other Marriott locations and is a far cry from The Ritz Club & Spa. 1Star-(only for the steam room) - no recommendation- and a waste of my time, money, and most importantly my peace of mind to decompress from stress.

Amazing experience with Latisha! She was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed throughout the session. Her technique was excellent, and I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and free of tension. I highly recommend Latisha to anyone looking for a great massage experience.

Let me tell you about FiFi! I can’t say enough about FiFi. I expressed my satisfaction with her in person and is compelled to do so here. She is PHENOMENAL! I’ve been to Pure Spa a few times BUT NEVER HAVE I EVER had a therapist as good as FiFi! Her hands are truly blessed and I will return! I fee like a new woman!

Sarah is an absolute treasure and should be protected at all costs! She is extremely talented at what she does and it's apparent that she loves what she does. She cares about her clients and provides a majorly positive experience. If I lived in the area, I would be booking one each week with her!
