My wife and I were members of Skyline Spa at the Hilton Americas for several years and had many good experiences there. The spa has great views of downtown, a nice pool, and a solid fitness area managed by the Hilton. In the past the atmosphere felt very welcoming, and small details like stocked amenities, slippers, and having the sauna ready made the experience feel personal. During our most recent visit after several months of travel, we noticed a few of those details were missing and the overall feel was a bit more business-like than we remembered. Nothing major, just not quite the same as before. Most of our difficulty had to do with membership structure. Because we travel often, the previous local plan with the ability to pause worked well for us. The current program is different, and although the team did try to work out a compromise, the options did not end up fitting our schedule. We appreciated the follow-up and the effort to find a solution. In the end, we decided the membership no longer made sense for our lifestyle, but we still think the spa has a great location and very nice facilities, and we hope it continues to do well.

Amazing spa experience! My wife and I finished a great couples massage with Kendra and Laura. They were fantastic, they adhered to our desired massage pressures and we thoroughly enjoyed the amenities included with the pool, jacuzzi, and skyline terrace access. We will recommend this place to anyone looking for tranquail, truly relaxing spa experience. We loved it!!!

My daughter and I had a wonderful spa day and Kendra and Marsha were fabulous! All the staff were very kind and accommodating. Enjoyed all the pampering and loved swimming in the rooftop pool and hot tub. So many amenities and the Hilton hotel was beautiful! Will definitely be going back soon!

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst massage experiences I’ve had. From start to finish, everything felt rushed and disorganized. The therapist spent more time walking around the room than actually working on my muscles. When contact was made, it mostly consisted of quickly rubbing lotion on my skin with very little pressure or technique. There was no flow, no attention to problem or tension areas, and nothing about the session felt relaxing or therapeutic. I left feeling exactly the same as when I arrived—if not more stressed—because the massage felt rushed and incomplete. When I shared my concerns at the front desk, I was told that this was the first time they were hearing feedback like this. That response felt dismissive and implied that my experience was somehow invalid, rather than being acknowledged or addressed. For the price being charged, I expected a professional, calming, and effective massage. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet basic expectations and was not worth the cost. I would not return or recommend based on my experience.

I had the most relaxing day at the spa! I got the herbal body wrap, hot stone massage, and signature facial. If you come here, make sure to ask for Laura! She was phenomenal and created a relaxing environment. The locker room is clean and has a sauna which was fun to use for the first time in my life. The pool was spacious and not crowded. They provide you with a robe and shoes too
