Fantastic deep tissue massage by Maggie. I have had massages in many 5 star spa hotels around the world, but Maggie is in my top 3 of best massage ever! Highly recommended. Very close to most downtown hotels.

I personally reviewed several VA Community Care providers offering massage therapy services to compare availability, professionalism, communication, and overall patient experience. I found that the quality of care and responsiveness varied between providers, making it worthwhile to research options before selecting one. The provider I ultimately chose was professional, easy to schedule with, and demonstrated a good understanding of the therapeutic needs of veterans. The staff communicated clearly, appointments were handled efficiently, and the massage therapy services were focused on pain relief and improving mobility rather than just relaxation. For other veterans using VA Community Care, I recommend taking the time to read reviews, verify a provider's experience with therapeutic massage, and compare appointment availability. Doing a little research beforehand can make a significant difference in finding the provider that best meets your healthcare needs. Sunset Body Works was the right choice for me, and I would personally recommend them to any veteran, as well as to my friends and loved ones. Their professionalism, quality of care, and commitment to helping their clients made my experience a very positive one.

I wanted to treat my wife to a birthday massage and cupping appointment, and booked an experience with a provider at a place downtown relatively close to my office that neither of us had been to before - Sunset. Maybe we are traditional or out of touch with reality, however, neither of us would have been comfortable booking a service for her with a male provider. I understand that one provider did the massage, which was the female therapist we booked; and without previously disclosing that a separate provider would be doing the cupping, a male therapist took over and proceeded to perform the therapy. The rest of the experience was miserable due to the level of discomfort she experienced by the arrival of an unfamiliar male now administering treatment to her body. It's not a gender issue-it's an issue with the completely unprofessional failure to disclose very important details about the therapy without allowing her the opportunity to then decide whether to proceed BEFORE the male was in the room. Because of this lack of transparency and failure to disclose a detail that would've influenced our booking and purchasing decision, we will not book any future services here. I do not recommend this business.

My partner and I recently experienced a couples massage retreat here, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness, and that level of care stayed with us until we walked out the door. My partner had Maggie as his masseuse and described her as absolutely delightful. He always says, “If a massage puts me to sleep, it’s a good massage”, and he was asleep within minutes! I was paired with Chase, who was incredibly attentive, patient, and reassuring. I struggle with anxiety when lying face down, but he made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. He checked in often, accommodated my needs without hesitation, and gave me one of the best stretches I’ve ever had. The space was clean, calming, and truly felt like a place of comfort and release. 10/10 I highly recommend Sunset Body Works Spa if you’re looking to unwind, reset, and be genuinely cared for. We will definitely be back!
