First massage in over a year and they didn’t disappoint. My husband and I had massages with Levi and Angie and they were both excellent. They wear masks during your massage. I didn’t wear mine whole face down but you have to put it on face up. They haven’t opened up they nail service yet but we are looking forward to when they do. When you use any spa services, you have access to the pool for the day. It’s a great place to relax. After our massages we went to the pool, ordered lunch, had drinks and relaxed . Almost made me feel the world is back to normal... a girl can dream!!

I recently visited the spa at the Four Seasons Hotel in Houston as a special Mother’s Day gift from my husband, who treated me to a massage package. Overall, my experience was a mix of relaxation and disappointment. The massage itself was wonderful—my therapist was attentive, professional, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the session. The ambiance in the treatment room was calming, and I left feeling refreshed and pampered. However, my experience was marred by an issue in the shower room. I noticed that the ceiling shower had visible green mold on it. This was concerning, especially given the high standards I expect from a luxury hotel and spa. Cleanliness is essential for a relaxing and safe spa experience, and this oversight was disappointing. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly, as the spa has so much potential to offer a truly five-star experience. With improved attention to facility maintenance, I would be happy to return and recommend the spa to others.

We received a couples massage at the spa. Massages were very nice and relaxing. Locker rooms were great and included a sauna, showers and a getting ready area with some products. The relaxation room is super small, only 3 seats. It should be at least double in size to accommodate everyone who wants to come early or stay after their treatment.

I recently moved to the area, and the whole process was incredibly stressful—this massage was exactly what I needed. Alma gave me an amazing deep tissue massage that melted away all the tension, especially in my back and neck. I left feeling relaxed, recharged, and so much lighter. Highly recommend!

Came here from out of town. Hubby and I got a couple’s massage today. Maria and Luz really did their thing. Hands down, I think this has got to be the best massage I have ever gotten. Hubby had dinner reservations for us afterwards… I was so relaxed after the massage, we almost skipped dinner and ordered room service. The only feedback I would give is for them to have body inclusive robes. As a person who has just lost 50 pounds and is working to lose more, the robes there had me feeling partly naked. Other than that, this was an excellent experience!
