I got a massage from Carmen and it was 10/10 service! She was so kind and able to reach all of my problem areas wonderfully. Only reason I give 4 stars is just for the size of the facility. It is a bit smaller and there are no amenities to give you such as a robe or slippers. But I was able to get a 10% off code and the staff is very kind. If you’re staying at the Laura and don’t have any other spa places in mind I’d definitely visit this spa!

Had an amazing experience at this spa. Sandy gave an exceptional massage and was so kind and patient with me throughout the session. I would highly recommend anybody to go see Sandy at the Spa!

I had an excellent experience - was warmly greeted at reception and Kennedy offered a wonderful “Swedish 80” session. It was just what I needed after a long day of traveling.

Awesome Experience! My husband and I visited from out of town and had an amazing stay at this hotel. Let’s not forget the unforgettable couples massage experience. I had Cheryl and she was awesome. I am also a Massage Therapist as well and it’s always great when I can be on the receiving end. We will be back!!! Also, the front desk staff was very accommodating in storing my breast milk for the weekend.

Carmen is an absolute magician with her hands! I’ve come to the Laura Spa twice now and had the pleasure of having Carmen work out my tension. I’ve been also dealing with a sciatic nerve issue and she’s been the only one to help me work that out to a point where I left feeling relief! She is thorough and I love that she asks about specific areas and the pressure points. The Laura spa is a cute and quaint sized spa which is perfect for quiet and relaxing service. I’ll be back to see Carmen again very soon!
