My husband surprised me with the 2½-hour spa package at Urban Day Spa, and it was one of the best gifts I've ever received! From the moment I arrived, I felt relaxed and welcomed. Juana was absolutely amazing. She took the time to ask questions beforehand and quickly understood exactly what my body needed. She gave me a wonderful massage, a relaxing facial, and an incredible foot massage. Every part of the experience was professional, calming, and personalized. I left feeling completely refreshed, renewed, and stress-free. If you're looking for an exceptional spa experience, I highly recommend requesting Juana. She truly has a gift, and I can't wait to come back!

I have had hundreds of massages and they have all started face down. But yesterday it was face up. Anywho, she seemed like she was new to this. She was literally touching and basically pressing my feet, legs and arms through the sheets. She did uncover each limb and massaged but again, it was like this was her first time. I was so unhappy with the last visit and also yesterdays. I started going here because its close by, but at this point, I will drive 30 minutes to my old place for a better more experienced massage.

I recently had a massage with Elizabeth and she a did a wonderful job. My massage was at the end of a long day for her, I was her last client for the day, yet she gave it her all. I have very sore and tight muscles and so she needed to go deep to help relieve the knots and tension. She did so wonderfully and I left the spa much relaxed and energized. I highly recommend Urban Day Spa at Copperfield for a thorough and relaxing massage.

Had been dealing with a pinched nerve for a few weeks that eventually got to the point of not being able to sleep well. Made an appointment for a deep tissue massage with the hope that it would give me some teams man was I right. I told Claudia where I was experiencing pain and as soon as she found the spot she went to work on it. I felt 100 times better once she was done and laid with a heating pad when I got home like she recommended. Would definitely come back for more treatment.

It was my first time visiting Urban Day Spa, and unfortunately, I was not impressed with my experience. I used a gift card for the Petite Spa package, which included a hydrotherapy bath, a 60-minute massage, a petite facial, and a ginger hot oil scalp massage. The hot oil scalp massage was not relaxing at all. The masseuse used a very fast, scrubbing motion with her fingertips that felt uncomfortable and unpleasant rather than soothing. While the massage did work out some knots, most of it was painful. There were no slow or flowing motions—it felt rushed, as if she was trying to get through it as quickly as possible. At times, she was so rough that I found myself curling my toes from the discomfort. The facial was also disappointing and didn’t feel like a proper facial experience. She applied about four products and aggressively scrubbed them into my skin without taking her time. There was no relaxing facial massage as described. The pressure was extremely rough, to the point where it hurt, and my skin was left red afterward. I have sensitive skin, and the way my face was handled was very uncomfortable. Lastly, the “hydrotherapy” bath was essentially a standard bubble bath you could take at home, and it was timed for only 15 minutes. Overall, I was unhappy with my experience. The service felt rushed, overly rough, and there was no check-in at any point to see how I was feeling. Because of this, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
