My children gifted me a massage at Woodhouse over a year ago. I finally had time (took the time) to go. It was amazing. I arrived early to compete some paperwork and took a book to enjoy the quiet room before and after the massage. Everyone was pleasant and kind. It was a much needed relaxing time.

I had a mixed experience at this spa. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 a.m. and included both the Signature Luxury Hand Retreat and Signature Luxury Foot Retreat. Each service was scheduled for 50 minutes, so I expected to be finished around noon. After changing into my robe and waiting in the quiet area, I was informed that the nail technician was running behind schedule and my appointment would be pushed back to 10:30. The spa apologized for the inconvenience and graciously comped my pedicure, which I genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, the delays didn’t end there. Even with the adjusted start time, I wasn’t finished until 2:15 p.m. What should have been about a two-hour appointment turned into nearly four hours. I had another appointment scheduled for 3:00 p.m., so instead of having time to relax afterward or grab lunch, I had to rush to my next appointment. It was a significant inconvenience and not the relaxing spa day I had planned. I also want to recognize my nail technician. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and did an excellent job on both my manicure and pedicure. I was very happy with the quality of her work. That said, I booked these services hoping for a peaceful, quiet retreat where I could unwind with the calming music and spa atmosphere. Instead, there was conversation throughout nearly the entire appointment. While I know she was simply being friendly and had the best intentions, I felt obligated to continue the conversation and answer many questions rather than being able to fully relax. The checkout experience also left a poor impression. The front desk associate never asked how my services were or acknowledged the lengthy delay. Instead, the interaction felt rushed, and I was immediately asked whether I wanted to leave a tip. To make matters worse, I was initially charged for gel polish removal, even though I didn’t have gel to remove. Thankfully, that mistake was corrected, but it added to an already frustrating experience. Overall, I appreciate that the spa comped my pedicure and I truly commend my nail technician for the beautiful work she did. However, the excessive delays, the lack of the quiet, relaxing experience I expected, and the disappointing checkout experience outweighed the positives. Unfortunately, I don’t plan to return for nail services at this location and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil spa manicure and pedicure experience.

I had an excellent massage yesterday with Eleana. She was professional, attentive, and took the time to focus on the areas that needed the most attention. Her technique was outstanding, and I left feeling much more relaxed and refreshed. One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend Eleana and will definitely be scheduling with her again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Overall I had a really nice experience at WH. I have never been but have always wanted to. The facility was clean and quiet, which was great. I got there early to really take it all in and not rush, and I'm so glad I did. I was offered champagne, a mimosa, and I think even tea. The warm neck wraps were a great touch and the robes were nice and thick, which I loved. Amber W. was my massage therapist and did a fantastic job. She was very attentive and I would love to see her again. I also got facial from Amber L. and it was just okay. Her energy was kind of off and her technique could use more practice. Unfortunately, that knocked a star off on the review. I went around lunch time on a Tuesday and it was very chill. I would definitely go back again for more massage treatments.

This is my first time getting a pedicure from a spa, usually I'd go to a regular nail shop but wanted to try something different. I arrived to find out my nail tech changed to a different person, which was ok but surprising. I have no history with anyone here so I didnt mind too much. It would have just been nice to know. I brought my own polish to use, which they had no problem with. The room where the pedicure was had several chairs but I was the only person there. My tech was Yolanda and she was very considerate, friendly, and we had good conversation. She was detail oriented and put alot of attention into my pedicure. She did a great job on applying the polish and it looked flawless. It was a good experience, and before and after your appointment you can enjoy the free nuts and water in the quiet room, with a robe on and a neck wrap. When you first get there you can also get a mimosa, champagne, orange juice or tea. I'd recommend to arrive a little early to have time to enjoy.
