Went here as a group for my sister’s birthday. It was truly an amazing experience. We got the “big chill” room. Maddie was our host she was the real deal! So attentive, easy to approach when we had questions and when we needed another size slippers or robe. She was very kind and helpful! Maddie you did your thing girl! I had a massage with Dina, a myofascia massage, OMG is the only thing I can say. That girl stretched and released me it was theeee best massage of my life. Truly will go back ASAP!

This was my first time visiting the ZaSpa. This was booked as a birthday gift. Stacy completed my session. She was friendly and professional. She treated me with dignity and respect. She has gifted hands. The only issue I had was that there were people talking loud near my room. Stacy took the initiative and made sure there weren’t anymore interruptions. Overall, I will be returning for another experience

Fabulous 80min massage with Dina this morning. I always have knots and tension in my shoulders and upper back, she did a great job balancing the deeper massage with sweeping strokes. Best part was the shoulders and neck area while I was laying on my back. I'm typically sensitive to smells but the essential oil blend was just the right amount and not too strong. Overall a fantastic massage followed up my the sauna and poolside.

Excellent fully body massage and mens facial by masseuse Susi. Atmosphere, spa amenities, cleanliness, staff exceeded my expectations. Super relaxing and excellent stress relief customized to meet my massage requirements. Probably the best fully body massage I have had. For $180 for a 50 min spa massage, I expect them to properly review the intake form I’m asked to fill out prior to. We were also asked in person our wants, and despite vocalizing them, our wishes were of what we wanted focused and what we did not want touched were not met, Unfortunately, half my massage was spent on areas I specifically asked not to be touched. The pool ammenity Is nice if you go on a sunny day, the sauna is nice and heated and clean, and the experience is ok in comparison to other spas. The massage itself I can say I’ve received better from places half the price, all while respecting what I asked for. Nothing stood out to me and I will no plan to return back. The therapist did a subpar job but I felt like lacked the knowledge to truly address the one muscle I specifically identified as my problem and was unaware fully of the origin and insertion.
