Club Westside is truly one of the best places for families in Houston! There is so much to do for both kids and adults—from the amazing pools and waterpark to the gym, tennis, pickleball, kids’ activities, and so much more. The facilities are incredible, and there is always something fun going on. What I love most is that it feels like more than just a gym or club—it feels like a little vacation right here in Houston. My family absolutely loves spending time here. We are so happy to be members and highly recommend Club Westside to anyone looking for a wonderful, family-friendly place!

Club Westside is an amazing place with outstanding facilities. The pools are beautiful, the gym is excellent, and I really enjoyed the steam room, sauna, and cold plunge for contrast therapy. The endless pool is also a great feature and adds something unique to the experience. Overall, the club feels spacious, well-maintained, and full of amenities. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

I had the most wonderful Mother’s Day experience at Club Westside, thanks to my daughter who treated me to their brunch—and it truly couldn’t have been more special. The atmosphere is perfect for young families, with a welcoming, relaxed setting that makes everyone feel comfortable. The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, adding such a nice touch to the entire visit. The Mother’s Day brunch was absolutely lovely—delicious, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully arranged for a special occasion. What made it even more unique was the opportunity to walk around and enjoy the grounds, filled with charming animals. Seeing monkeys, penguins, giraffes, goats, pigs, and sheep brought so much joy and made the day feel magical. I also loved the abundance of milkweed plants throughout the property—it gave everything a natural, peaceful vibe and showed how much care goes into the environment. This is truly a hidden gem in Houston for families, especially for young parents looking for a place where both adults and children can enjoy themselves. I’ll definitely be back.

Emotional and I shed more than a few tears - Walking back into Club Westside after more than 20 years was surreal. The last time I was here was in 2003, producing a fashion show for the huge MENS TENNIS open with the stars to walk the runway with our models….. Life looked very different then… and, if I’m honest, so did I. The 2003 photo’s are still hanging in the hallways and I had to explain the times to my son… Fast forward to today, 2026 and my son got his first summer job here. He absolutely LOVES it, which has been wonderful to see. The staff have been great with him, the pools are fantastic, and the gym facilities are excellent. It’s been a brilliant experience for him to be a summer CAMP councillor. My only real disappointment was the pricing for my son to be able to “join in” after work 😅 (I was naïve) Paying around $500 to join and another $180 for 30 days = $ 700 for my son to use the facilities for just one month while he IS working there felt completely out of reach for me as a single Mum. It rather defeated the whole point of him getting the brilliant job so he could also enjoy the club during his summer before or after work. My biggest concern, however, is the giraffes. I was so shocked Seeing such magnificent animals confined to such a small enclosure with so little natural environment was genuinely upsetting. I actually cried and felt sick. They deserve space, trees, a view, and an environment that reflects the incredible animals they are. Every time I walked past, it left me feeling sad rather than impressed. Club Westside has so much going for it, and in many ways it’s a beautiful place. I just hope they reconsider both the affordability for young staff and their parents maybe 🤷🏻‍♀️, and, more importantly, the quality of life and living conditions of the giraffes. I have an pony rescue and I know how hard it is to keep going however I do not have financial support or the means to do better than I am…. AMAZING POOLS & gym and fun stuff to LOVE - IF You can use the pools ❤️ - but I am struggling to give more than Three stars because there is a also a couple of small ANIMAL enclosures that are very hard to overlook.

This place is awesome. There are tons of pools, workout options, and areas for kids to play. We spend most of our summers here, but it is a good place year-round. The Christmas displays are fun and we go a few times a year for the "boat" rides.
