As a college level athlete, the gains eventually become marginal and intentional. The cognitive training I’ve received here through the sportsreact tech has made a huge difference in my goalkeeping. The ball comes slower and I’m able to react faster with a quicker thought process. My mind also stays fresher for longer, even when I’m physically fatigue. I highly recommend AIS if you’re looking for that next level training to master the physical and cognitive side of the game.

I started my boys in AIS in November of last year. I had heard about AIS and wanted my boys to learn the fundamentals of movement and speed. We went in just looking to get that out of the experience but got way more. My oldest played Fall AA little league baseball and since it was his first time he spent most of his time in right field. When he went to bat he wouldn’t really swing and he would get walked or he would strike out. After being in AIS his confidence started to just take off. The coaching staff at AIS was not only helped him progress in agility, movement and speed they gave him the positive feedback to help him find a level of confidence that took his batting average to 0.538 on the season and led him to also pitch for our team and have 33 strikeouts for the season. His little brother gained confidence too and played up in AA for the first time experience as well. His little brother played QB his first season of flag football, but with his improved speed he played spring as a WR. I can’t be thankful enough for what my two boys have already got out of AIS.

10 out of 10 recommend!! My son went from very awkward and uncoordinated running to a BEAST. I am so thankful for the coaching at JASAT! Pop in yourself and look at the caliber of attention these athletes are getting, this is lightyears better than redline.

Highly recommend AIS. My 7 year olds balance and control massively improved after just a couple weeks. Plus the coaches and owners are professional, kind and development focused regardless of age or skill.

Great facility, excellent instruction, timely communication, and flexible schedule. Jaxson and his coaches do an excellent job with my 6 y/o. We came in because following a growth spurt, my son ran like a 3 legged giraffe with backward knees. We immediately saw a difference at his next soccer game. My son loves going to running school now and I’m excited to see his growth over the next weeks, months, and years.
