I’ve trained with many trainers, Alex knows what he’s doing. The location is far for me but worth the trip, super clean and private atmosphere. Alex is extremely professional but finds time to throw in a joke or two, he has a way of making training fun...not easy but fun. 4 1/2 months and I am so love with my results....I will continue training with him! Plus he’s opening another location Catch on.
Alex is the best at what he does, when it comes to training and getting and taking your body to the next level! I love this place I recommend to everyone that’s what to take their body to the next level... 10 star for me ⭐️
