We had such a great experience with the summer agility training at Genesis (aka Grind House) for our 10 and 12-year-old boys. In the past, we’ve tried other well-known spots and honestly had to drag the kids there—but not this time. From day one, the coaches at Genesis were incredibly encouraging, supportive, and positive, while still pushing the kids to challenge themselves. The workouts were fun, fast-paced, and engaging. Both of my boys were genuinely excited to attend each session and gave their best every time. It was amazing to see their confidence and athleticism grow over the summer. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a program that balances structure and fun in the right way.

This gym is Fantastic! They have an amazing kids program for young athletes that works on both strength and endurance. All 3 of my boys work out here. The staff is particularly skilled in setting up workout programs and teaching young athletes the proper technique for different routines. Even my non-athletic son enjoys coming and putting in the work. Dusty is attentive to his customer needs and is extremely understanding of shifting schedules. 10/10 would recommend!

So glad we found Dusty and the Genesis Team! They have a wonderful youth program and all of the coaches are so welcoming and accommodating for every age level. My son is having a blast!

My kids have loved working out at Genesis. They get mad when I can’t bring them. I have seen big improvements in self confidence, strength, and endurance. My son’s pitching has improved and my daughter is landing triples in dance that were difficult previously. I would absolutely recommend the program for any youth.

My daughter is a competitive soccer player and immediately loved everything about the program. Genesis Athletic Performance is perfectly designed specifically for young athletes of all skill levels. The program incorporates strength, speed, agility, footwork, core work, balance, and a host of other things. Some days are lower body focused and others are upper body focused depending on the day. Her coach, Draegan, is focused on promoting age-appropriate strength training that will help her on and off the field. Genesis in combination with her team training sessions are allowing her to become a more wellrounded athlete while fostering a lifelong love for fitness.
