I highly recommend Legacy Sports for personal training. Michael has worked with me on my individual fitness goals as they have evolved over the past 5 years. They customizes to your needs while challenging you to increase performance and strength at a level that is achievable. The personalized and professional services and overall mission of Legacy Sports is why I keep coming back!
I worked with Mike for over 5 years and I can say with confidence that there aren’t many trainers out there who will invest in you as much as him, both mentally and physically. He is extremely knowledgeable about how the body works and tailors the workout to the athlete’s goals/sport. On top of that, he’s just an all around good dude. Definitely the complete package for elite athletic training and development.
Michael Donovan, the founder of LST, is a great trainer! I have been working with him since 2018 and he is family oriented and always very professional.
LST is the best in the business. Never been around a more welcoming, genuine, and knowledgeable trainer than Michael Donovan. This place will benefit you athletically, personally, and spiritually. Can’t say enough good things about LST💪🏻💪🏻
The place is fine, it's clean and organized, and the visitors are very formal, but... hahahahaha, the reception staff should put in a little more effort. Customers need information, and any concerns should be addressed, or at least interest shown.
