I have had a nerve in my left arm from the top of my shoulder to the tips of my thumb and index fingers. Vince showed me 3 different exercises; all of the exercises help not only stretch but slightly activate my nerve and they also helped loosing up tension I had in my neck from my nerve pulling. I also had some pain on my top right foot closer to my ankle area and I was given two exercises that really helped open up the mobility as well as flexibility in my foot. The stretches also allowed me more load management as well!! With me dealing with those nerve compressions, it was beginning to affect my day to day activities like lifting and specific movements during basketball!! Within the first week of me doing the exercises Dr. Vince provided for me, I was already beginning to see an immediate change and I’m continuing to see a change as well as the exercises have my nerves feeling activated like they used to be!!

I get random nagging gym injuries and Vincent has been great in helping get rid of those. So far he has helped clear knee and hip pain and now working on a pec strain. He does this with active recovery, deep tissue work, e-stim, etc. He’s very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and overall a great pt. Would recommend!

I came in dealing with recurring adductor strains & hip impingement from my sedentary job that were interfering with both my weightlifting and boxing training. Vincent quickly got to the root of the issue and used a combination of dry needling, shockwaves and hands on manual therapy - at the end he created my at-home program that actually fit into my busy work schedule. He clearly knows his stuff and tailors treatment not just for recovery, but to help you get back to performing at a high level. I’d absolutely recommend Vincent to anyone dealing with a nagging injury!

I had been dealing with Patellar tendinopathy for quite some time and couldn't seem to shake it. After our first one-on-one session, solely based off of our discussion. I knew Vince was the PT I had been needing. Then we got to the movement portion and WOW. He actually helped me customize my own training plan rather than give me some cookie cutter "remedy" that I've unfortunately experienced in my times with other PTs. From this, he even provided me with tangible take-aways and phenomenal attention to detail in session. I'm pretty much out of pain at this point, and back to being explosive! I got to this point in only about 3-5 weeks of following his guidelines. I would HIGHLY recommend Vince at Onyx Performance if you're looking to make LASTING pain free improvements

I had an amazing experience, Vince is very professional and knowledgeable and he made the road of recovery from my back injury very smooth and fast. Throughout the process he gave me plenty of support and made me heal faster than I imagined!
