I have had such a wonderful experience working with Element staffing. From the very beginning, they were professional, supportive, and truly cared about finding the right fit for me. The team was always responsive, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. They matched me with a great position that aligned perfectly with my skills and career goals. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated staffing agency.

I am so extremely happy with this staffing company. Tracy was super responsive to all my questions and was also a fantastic encourager. Now I have a fantastic job in a great company with coworkers that are wonderful. Element Staffing has been one of the best things to happen to me in my career search.

This review is for Element Staffing as a whole but Tracy represents the company amazingly. She has consistently gone up to bat for me each time and has made sure to follow up regularly with me to see how I’m doing. Tracy has been my therapist, friend, and everything else in between whenever I needed it. Although I have not worked with Jake much he also brings a lot of knowledge and industry experience to advise me on which jobs will fit me the best. I have been placed permanently but will miss working with Element Staffing.

This agency has been so helpful and professional. They've provided me the best experience that I've had as a temporary employee. My recruiter Tracy did an amazing job placing me and has been very active in making sure I have all the support I need.

For a little over a year, Tracy H. has always been there to provide me with a timely response to any questions or concerns I may have had regarding my contract. I am happy to say I am now a contractor conversion so my time with Element has ended. I truly appreciate all of the time, patience, and assistance that Tracy H. has provided me during this time.
