One of the things I truly appreciate about IG is that I’m treated as part of the team, not just a resource. My account manager, Gaby Valencia, and my recruiter, Ali Al-Mabuk, are always ready to assist whenever I need support. I’ve experienced a few issues in the past (such as delayed payments when SS Tech had received funds from IG but hadn’t yet sent them to contractors), and they were promptly addressed and resolved by them. Additionally, I had the pleasure of recommending a former coworker, who successfully passed the selection process and now works for the same client as I do. Overall, working with IG has been a very positive experience.

I can’t say enough great things about **Insight Global**! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From day one, their connection and communication have been absolutely amazing. The team is always responsive, transparent, and genuinely invested in the success and well-being of the registered nurses they represent. Every question I’ve had was answered quickly and thoroughly, and I always felt informed and supported throughout the entire process. What truly sets Insight Global apart is their top-tier agency support. They don’t just place nurses—they take care of them. From onboarding to ongoing assignments, they make sure everything runs smoothly and professionally. They advocate for their nurses, check in regularly, and ensure we feel valued and respected in our roles. It’s clear that Insight Global prioritizes strong relationships, integrity, and excellence in everything they do. If you’re a registered nurse looking for an agency that truly cares, communicates exceptionally well, and provides outstanding opportunities, Insight Global is the one to choose! Highly recommended! 👏

Worst recruiting agency! I’ve known a few people who landed temporary assignments through them. Once you receive word from the client your contract isn’t renewing, it’s crickets on what’s lined up next. No follow up & no follow through with anything from Insight. Terrible communication, last minute changes to who is handling your “account”, and straight up lazy. Don't bother contacting them.

My time working with Insight Global was pretty good. My recruiters worked with me every step of way from raises and contract renewal they were there for me. I am grateful that Catie and Michael were on my side.

IG is a good company. My experience with them is amazing. The recruiters are very helpful and communicate with you for feedback and follow-ups. They're always there when you need them. I have no regrets. Thank you, IG, for this wonderful experience.
