I have worked in the multi-family industry for more than 30 years, and from the very beginning The Liberty Group has been a consistent and trusted source for high-quality employment opportunities. Over time, many other staffing agencies have entered the market but I continue to return to The Liberty Group, especially with Kristi Riddle as my staffing coordinator. Kristi’s outstanding customer service, professionalism, and exceptional communication skills truly set her apart. She is highly organized, attentive to detail, and consistently reliable. Her strong industry knowledge, proactive approach, and ability to match candidates with the right opportunities demonstrate excellent judgment. Because of Kristi’s exceptional service and professionalism, I have confidently recommended many friends to The Liberty Group over the years. Kristi is also remarkably responsive; seven days a week and always goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and positive experience in every assignment I’ve received. She has truly been a pleasure to work with, and her dedication deserves more than five stars.

It’s not an easy thing to accomplish. Building and maintaining a great culture requires leaders who are committed enough to devote time and attention to an effort that never ends. Thank you Christy for providing support from the client management side when I need my properties staffed with top talent. Also when I’m between management positions thanks for keeping me busy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Working with Arely has been a fantastic experience. She possesses a wealth of knowledge and has a keen understanding of the needs for each property. Collaborating with her has been a pleasure, as she is both empathetic and professional.

Liberty Group is one of the best staffing companies I’ve ever worked for. I’ve been on and off since 2015. All the staff treat you like family and respect. Kristi is amazing very detailed and conveniences you in your needs for employment considering distance and gas prices. Also never late on payroll. This is a Professional company with core values. They always answer the phones any questions and concerns. YES I definitely recommend them. Specially in my time of need when I was Furloughed and needed quick income Liberty always comes through working so hard to get me employed. If you are ready to work then Liberty is the one to go to. Thank You Liberty Group…
